We collect only the data you provide to us or that is technically necessary to run the website. We do not collect special categories of personal data.

• Company name and contact person's name
• Company address
• Mobile number and email address
• Cargo details, places and dates of loading and unloading
• Any additional notes you enter in the form

Direct contact

When you email or call us, we process the data you share with us (e.g. your name, contact details and the content of your message).

Technical data (server logs)

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of access, solely for the security and stable operation of the website.

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

• Responding to enquiries and preparing quotes – steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Performing transport, warehousing and logistics contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting, tax and customs (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Security, maintenance and protection of the website and prevention of misuse – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Only authorised employees have access to the data. We may share data with:

• Providers of IT, hosting and website maintenance services (processors)
• Our accounting service, to meet legal obligations
• Business partners necessary to deliver the requested service (e.g. customs agents), where required
• Competent authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

As a rule, we process data within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, we carry out the transfer with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship – kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and no longer than 12 months.
• Data relating to contracts and invoices – in line with statutory periods (accounting records are kept for at least 11 years).
• Server logs – for the short period necessary for security and diagnostics.
